WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
- ALL OPENED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
- There is a 14 day return policy for any UNOPENED packages.
- To start a return, either drop a message on the Contact page or email me directly([email protected]).
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
- All orders are fulfilled in under 1-2 business days. Orders are then shipped VIA USPS First Class & takes 2-3 business days to be delivered.
- If it has been over a week and you have not received an order confirmation email or email with a tracking number, please email me DIRECTLY & I will get on it ASAP.
- Depending on the country, international shipping will take an extra 1 - 3 weeks in order for your package to be delivered.
